Canada 602: Obtaining a student visa and family transportation.
How does the refusal to issue a tourist visa of another country affect the receipt of any visa to Canada. Can I bring my family with me when I get a student visa to Canada?
Hello, dear friends! I now have an occasional pause between my affairs, and I want to answer the question on getting a student visa to Canada. Namely, the question is related to such a history, when there was a refusal to obtain a tourist visa to the United States, how much this refusal can affect the student visa to Canada, provided that the person still wants to take his husband and child with him. That is, it turns out, in fact, a kind of “puff cake” in the sense that these are completely different processes, I’ll talk about this again.
Let’s start with what I have said many times, I repeat once again that Canada does not care at all about how you had relations with visa services of different countries, including the United States. Canada and the United States, I repeat again the Chinese times, these are completely different countries. They have a common database related to security, that is, they exchange lists of people who cross borders. They have a common database of terrorists, international criminals, etc. But this absolutely does not apply to people who have or have not received visas, refusals, etc. Therefore, to rack your brains, to think that the refusal of any country will affect the obtaining of a student visa or even a tourist visa to Canada, this is a completely pointless thing, because it does not in any way affect the actual result of obtaining or not getting a visa. So do not even bother to head yourself, because I already said – why.
Now, with regard to issues related to husband and children. As far as I know the situation, you can not immediately apply for a visa for a husband and a child. First you have to come here, and then, on the basis of the fact that you have already obtained status here, you can start the process of obtaining a similar status, that is, a status that allows you to stay in Canada for a long time, for your child and for your husband. That is, on what basis you will serve for the child and for the husband – it is not clear. For you get the status only when you move the Canadian border. That is, until you have moved the border, it does not matter what your visa is – it’s just a visa, just a piece of paper. The status you get when you cross the border. Only after you crossed the border did you get a “sheet”, a piece of paper that says it’s a work permit, or a study permit, or that you crossed the border and obtained permanent resident status in Canada. That is, after this moment, when you already have this piece of paper on hand, only then you can start some kind of gesture. Until now, you have no, roughly speaking, formal basis for making these very documents for your loved ones – husband and child.
I’m taking my leave. I wish you all the best and good luck! Bye Bye!
