Immigration program of Alberta & # 8212; Alberta Immigrant Nominee Program (AINP)
The Alberta Immigration Program (AINP) & # 8212; this provincial program of Alberta due to which, potential immigrants with education, work experience and meet the minimum criteria can get the Alberta Provincial Nomination Certificate, which will speed up the process of immigration to Canada.
The Alberta Immigration Program AINP consists of three main migration directions:
& # 8212; Strategic Recruitment Stream.
& # 8212; Self-Employed Farmer Stream.
Strategic Recruitment Stream & # 8212; This direction allows you to apply for immigration without the support of a Canadian employer. It consists of three different categories:
& # 8212; Compulsory and Optional Trades Category & # 8212; merchants with either the Alberta Qualification Certificate or the Recognized Trade Certificate are eligible to be nominated for this category. Individuals must reside in the province of Alberta on the basis of a valid work permit at the time of application and work in the field of compulsory or optional trade.
& # 8212; Engineering Occupations Category & # 8212; This category was developed for engineers, designers and developers with experience in the province of Alberta. Candidates must work in one of these professions.
& # 8212; Post Graduate Worker Category & # 8212; persons who graduated from a recognized higher education institution in Alberta, and who currently work in the province of Alberta according to Post-Graduation Work Permit, are eligible for this program.
Employer-Driven Stream & # 8212; This direction allows employers to nominate employees for AINP for immigration to Canada. Thus, the applicants are confident in the future, having prospects for employment after obtaining permanent resident status, and employers can easily retain the workers they need. This flow consists of three subcategories:
& # 8212; Skilled Worker Category & # 8212; for persons with a job offer for permanent employment in Alberta, with a full-time job in a qualified qualified occupation. Persons who are not required to work in Alberta at the time of application.
& # 8212; International Graduate Category & # 8212; for people who graduated from a recognized higher education institution in Canada, have a valid Post-Graduation Work Permit for work, and received a job offer for permanent employment, with a full-time job from the employer of the province of Alberta.
& # 8212; Semi-Skilled Worker Category & # 8212; for temporary foreign workers who have received a job offer for permanent employment, full-time from the employer of the province of Alberta.

Family Sponsorship & # 8212; In Alberta you can immigrate for family sponsorship based on the presence of close relatives in the province of Alberta, who have the status of Permanent Resident or Citizen of Canada. To obtain sponsorship from relatives, the documents are submitted directly to the Ministry of Immigration and Citizenship of Canada (CIC & # 8212; Citizenship and Immigration Canada).
