I shall specify, the husband – the citizen of Czechia.
I shall specify, the husband – the citizen of Czechia.
If you submitted documents directly to the Czech Republic immediately after registration of the marriage, then the waiting period would be less. Proljatsya residence permit will be as usual, in the police for foreigners, there is nothing complicated, the usual action. Collect the documents and advance in advance for an extension.
You can after registering a marriage with gr. Czech Republic to apply initially for an annual, then for a two-year visa, the so-called long-term visa. In the future, you can apply for permanent residence.
My future husband is a Czech citizen.
I am a citizen of Ukraine, I have been temporarily living in Moscow (I have a residence permit) for 4 years at the apartment of the ex-husband and his mother (we applied for a divorce, we will have to wait a whole month before issuing the document confirming the dissolution of the marriage). As soon as I have a document on divorce, I will need to urgently go to Ukraine and register a marriage with a Czech citizen. I’ll have to go to Ukraine, because I do not have a Schengen visa.
I now have a task to perform 2 important actions:
– Marriage with him on the territory of Ukraine.
– Accelerated receipt of the Schengen visa in order to leave to live in the Czech Republic.
1. As I understand, only the Ukrainian passport and the original certificate of divorce will be required of me. Do I need a transfer to the UKRAINIAN LANGUAGE WITH NOTARIAL CERTIFICATION of the divorce certificate that I will be given in Russia in Russian?
2. A citizen of the Czech Republic will need documents: his passport (notarized and translated into Ukrainian language copy), birth certificate (whether it is necessary and whether it is necessary to notarially certify and translate it.), Migration card, certificate of marital status (absence marriage – he was never married). Do I need to APOSTILLE all these documents for a Czech citizen? Because, everywhere I find conflicting information. For example, in accordance with the convention on commonwealth.
said that between Ukraine and the Czech Republic does not require APOSTIL documents … How to deal with this.
(This is important to know, because if you need to get an apostille, my spouse will have to go to Prague to the Ministry of Justice to certify these documents).
3. Since I have been living in Russia for 4 years (I have a registration and a residence permit), I can not come to Ukraine for a long time, just like he does. BUT I can not register a marriage in the Czech Republic, because I do not have a Schengen visa and I have never received a visa abroad before. We want to come to Ukraine and take all actions in the shortest possible time. I need to know – HOW CAN I RECEIVE THE MARRIAGE OF MARRIAGE ON THE DAY OF SUBMITTING THE APPLICATION? Is this real and what is needed for this? How much will this service cost? What supporting documents do I need to provide?
I can not provide information about pregnancy, since I am not pregnant. I and he can provide copies of tickets for the train, for example, that we leave in a few days and therefore we need to urgently sign. Will this be enough – copies of tickets and statements in free form? Or do you need anything else? If copies of tickets are suitable, should a Czech citizen translate tickets and notarize? (because the tickets will be in Czech).
We need to register a marriage on the day of the application, because the next VERY important point in our actions (immediately after the registration of the marriage) will be my trip to the Czech Consulate and the application for an accelerated receipt of the Schengen visa on the basis of “family reunification”, which is issued within 14 days from the date of application. Therefore, we can not wait a whole MONTH to complete this procedure of registering a marriage, too much time and money for hotels … this is unrealistic …. There is nowhere to stop living in Ukraine, only hotels. To return back to their country, each of us individually can not categorically (for family reasons).
I very urgently need to move to live with him in the Czech Republic, so it will be necessary to decide everything for one visit (one trip) to Ukraine.
I need any advice on this subject now.
4. In which registry office in Kiev is best to file documents and sign with a foreigner (a citizen of the Czech Republic). I kind of read about the central registry office in Kiev, but in theory it can be completely ANY REGISTRY OFFICE? I need to know – in which registry office is best to organize an urgent registration of marriage with a foreigner. Whatever the problem, we could be guaranteed to know that if we come to the EOT registrar office, we will be able to sign us there on the day of the application (because we will plan all the actions for the duration of the trip to Ukraine).
5. Do I need an interpreter at the time of registering a marriage with a foreigner? My future husband does not know Russian and Ukrainian yet. He speaks only Czech and English. Of course, I can translate words to him that will speak in the registry office – this is not a problem. But the question is whether this FORMALITY FOR DOCUMENTS is necessary, will the registration of the marriage be considered AUTHENTIC if there is no interpreter during the recording of the act of civil status? Is this a legal action that must necessarily be CONFIRMED by the translator? Or an interpreter is needed only at will, in case of a solemn ceremony and in our case it may not be needed.
1. Here is the information from the official website.
It turns out that the grant (issuance) of a visa is possible within 14 days from the date of application? I wonder if someone faced such a situation? It is necessary to get a visa as soon as possible so that I can leave with him to the territory of the Czech Republic.
2. Do I need to transfer my Czech passport to the Czech Consulate for Czech? Because he has only two languages – English and Ukrainian ….
3. On the official website, nothing is said about what documents my future husband should provide? Should he, like my husband, provide any of his documents (for example, a passport, birth certificate, etc.)?
I meet with Cech and we are going to make a marriage.
as far as I know, a year after the marriage, I can apply for permanent residence? And what about my student residence permit? I do not risk them if they suddenly refuse to work for me or they will pull it out with consideration. Maybe it’s better to make a residence permit for family reunification, but can I study with him or work with him?
In general, I do not really understand what and in what sequence I need to do and will be very thankful for the advice.
