Moving to live in Macedonia

Moving to live in Macedonia h1>
From Montenegro to Macedonia.
Macedonia is a very picturesque country with a mild climate, green mountains and transparent lakes, ancient architectural monuments and original national traditions. Despite the fact that Albania stretches between Montenegro and Macedonia, many tourists come to this amazing place even for a couple of days, especially since for Montenegro guests all the conditions for a trip are created – there would be a wish!
The most prudent tourists make a visa to Macedonia in advance, and lovers of spontaneous trips already on the territory of Montenegro buy a tour, which includes the issuance of a visa when crossing the border. If you travel independently, take care of the timely purchase of an invitation from a private person (it is certified by the Macedonian police), a document confirming the hotel reservation, or a voucher for the purchase of the tour. Happy owners of the Schengen visa do not need to do anything – they will cross the border of Macedonia without problems during the whole period of the visa.
Tourists can take buses regularly departing to Macedonia from Podgorica and Budva, but many people prefer the flight Podgorica-Skopje in order to save time (after all, 370 km is not a joke). In a rented car, you can transit through Albania and at the same time “kill two birds with one stone”, after seeing two countries in one trip.
The capital of Macedonia, Skopje, is interesting for travelers with its contrasts: the new districts of the city rebuilt after the earthquake effectively contrast with the old buildings, and the Kamenny Bridge and the fortress of Kale give a walk to chamberiness and solemn grandeur. The town of Ohrid is famous for its graceful antique amphitheater, where many gladiators fought centuries ago – the architectural structure is so well preserved that it continues to serve as a spectacular venue for concerts and performances. Be sure to check in Bitola – the city of blue lakes, mysterious caves, ancient monasteries and Roman baths with the unique ruins of the ancient settlement of Herakleia, the ceramic village of Kurbinovo and the magnificent episcopal palace. The city of Prilep, the residence of the legendary King Marco, is of interest to tourists not only because of the remains of the royal castle – it produces the best marble in the world and grows sweet-smelling tobacco.
Saying goodbye to Macedonia, buy statuettes from ceramics and marble, dolls in national costumes (these are real works of art), embroidered panels and throw a coin in Ohrid lake to ever come back here again …
