PNP British Columbia.
British Columbia is one of the provinces that have concluded an agreement on immigration with the Federal Government of Canada. The immigration program is called The British Columbia Provincial Nominee Program (BC PNP). British Columbia has the right to nominate potential immigrants who have the professions needed in the province.
